Jason Markey / Founder, Bold Management
Jason Markey has spent nearly three decades working across music, film, television, records, publishing, and artist development. Before founding Sound Advice and Bold Management, he founded and led the music departments at STX Entertainment and Relativity Media.
Earlier in his career, Jason worked in A&R and artist development at MCA, Arista Records, American Recordings/Sony, and Immortal Records, working alongside executives including Clive Davis and Rick Rubin and with artists including Santana, Sarah McLachlan, Incubus, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Hoobastank, Velvet Revolver, and others.
Today his work sits at the intersection of filmmakers, studios, composers, artists, labels, publishers, and technology.
